We are looking for someone who will provide excellent operational account management to our clients and will be able to resolve customer queries in the most efficient turnaround time.
You will be based full time in the Sydney CBD office.
Salary: AUD $55,000.00 per annum + superannuation.
About the role
- Aid in processing all client transactions (deposits and withdrawals) through various payment gateways, meeting deadlines.
- Document account approvals – KYC & CDD
- Responding to client inquiries (Tickets) and pending case inquiries to ensure timely resolution.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure work is completed promptly and efficiently.
- Liaise with payment providers and banks
- Processing clients’ deposits/withdrawals/transfer requests.
- Ensure all banking instructions (incoming SWIFTs, cancellations, amendments, reversals and bank charges) are authorized, processed, settled and reported accurately.
- Reimbursements, Adjustments, Dividends & Swap Free Applications.
- Transaction monitoring – within AML/CTF regulatory obligation
What you will need to succeed
- Professional level (in verbal and written) English
- Tertiary qualification in a finance-related degree.
- A positive go-getting attitude and a proven track record of achieving goals.
- Resourceful and self-reliant and able to troubleshoot problems and solve day-to-day issues.
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft software programs.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication.
- Previous experience desirable.
- Flexibility with working hours.
Desirable skills:
- Interest or a background in finance or the finance industry [CFD/Forex];
- RG146 General Advice qualification;
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy;
- Speak multiple languages;
- Outstanding communication & organisational skills;
- Hard working and self-motivated;
- A commitment to sharing of information and to teamwork;
- Strong influencing and communication skills; and
- Excellent personal presentation.
