You will be comfortable being the point of contact with internal and external stakeholders, thrive in a fast-paced environment, be able to navigate ambiguity, anticipate operational needs and provide a high level of professionalism.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Chief Operating Officer whilst maintaining the strictest confidentiality in all matters.
- Act as the point of contact between the COO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Compiling & analysing reports for COO.
- Manage communication and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Produce reports, presentations, and briefs.
- Coordinate and oversee projects.
- Provide operational support to properties and General Managers
- Minimum 3 years’ management experience within the hotel or MLR industry.
- Strong financial acumen with a track record of driving profitability and operational targets
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
- Up to date with latest office gadgets and applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Strong ability to problem solve and deliver solution-based outcomes.
- Can anticipate gaps, be agile and flexible to ensure deadlines are met.
- A great positive attitude, enthusiastic, a people person who enjoys providing quality support.
