This role will oversee a medium office-based team providing leadership that reinforces our continuous commitment to our values.We are committed to the genU Vision, Mission and Values and are looking for someone passionate who can bring those attributes into their role in all day-to-day interactions.As the Operations Manager your main responsibilities in this role will be:
- Provide leadership direction and assistance to team members.
- Build strong network across the business: Develop and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve key objectives within the scope of the role
- Quality assurance: Ensuring ongoing compliance to NDIS practice standards
- Monitor service delivery standards assessing the quality of client service outcomes, potential risks, and complaints management
- Support setting targets and budgets for the team and monitor, report on tracking against targets monthly
- Leadership experience - ideally managing large teams
- Analytical skills along with a positive attitude and the ability to problem solve
- Comprehensive knowledge of delivering services to people living with a disability, older Victorians and people living with mental health issues.
- Minimum Advanced Diploma in Community Services, Disability, or other equivalent qualification and substantial experience relevant to the field of human services
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain;
- Current NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate or willingness to obtain.
