As we expand our operations, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
The Role:
As the Operations Manager at ProClean NT, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our daily operations. This is a hands-on position where you will be actively involved in cleaning tasks, as well as overseeing various administrative and managerial duties. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Cleaning Jobs: Performing and overseeing cleaning tasks to maintain our high standards of service.
- Scheduling: Coordinating and managing the cleaning schedule to ensure all jobs are completed on time and to client satisfaction.
- Training: Providing training and support to new and existing staff to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand our client base.
- Administrative Tasks: Managing supplies, equipment, and other operational needs.
- Customer Service: Maintaining strong relationships with clients and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Compliance: Ensuring all operations comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following criteria:
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within the cleaning industry is preferred.
- Skills: Strong Organisational and multitasking abilities with excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Flexibility: Willingness to perform cleaning tasks alongside administrative and managerial duties.
- Qualifications: Ability to obtain a police check and an Ochre card.
- Transport: Own vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various hours as needed, including early mornings and evenings.
- Proactivity: A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
