Coolamon are recruiting an experienced Operations Manager to maximise on business efficiencies. This role is responsible for developing and implementing effective Manufacturing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manufacturing capability
- Drive strategic planning and forecasting.
- Perform a high level of communication to manage systems and quality.
- Lead and develop a high performing manufacturing team.
- Continuous improve systems, process & manufacturing techniques to identify efficiencies.
- Contribute as a key member of the management team to achieve overall business goals.
People Leadership
- Lead and manage a team of high performing divisional heads.
- Oversee and motivate a manufacturing team to achieve the best outcomes by following Coolamon systems.
- Foster an inclusive supportive environment where team members perform at their finest.
- Deliver Quality feedback to your team to support decision making and promote their capabilities.
- Play a key leadership role as a leader within in the company
