About the Role
As a HR Operations Manager, you will play an integral role in leading the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced HR operation. You will be an experienced business minded HR professional, playing an integral role in senior management, offering your organisational skills and ability to influence change at a senior level.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple teams, ensuring operational performance is managed and a continuous improvement lens is in place.
- Foster a culture of ownership within the broader Consultancy team by driving improvements in your management team’s capability.
- Offer advice/provide oversight around ER matters.
- Use data metrics to drive performance and understand trends or other issues that can be modified to benefit the organisation.
- Analyse performance reporting and engagement data to identify and improve process improvements.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
- Grow and retain a workforce to meet operational needs.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
5+ years’ experience in HR Operations, or management of a large team of HR professionals.
Strong operational and leadership skills.
Understanding of Australian-specific ER/IR legislation.
Outstanding multi-tasking skills.
