The Role
Our client is currently seeking an Operations Manager to assist run this successful, high performing agency. You will be the driving force that keeps this top business in order. Reporting to the Director and working within an elite team of staff, this role will see you utilise your administration, management, and operations skills daily.
As the Operations Manager your day-to-day duties will include but will not be limited to:
- Staff onboarding and offboarding
- Monitoring and tracking staff performance
- Generating training & development plans
- Compliance management
- Database and software management
- Coordinating all team meetings and staff events
To be successful in this role, you will have strong Real Estate experience, ideally in a similar position, or a strong history of Property Management or Sales experience. A valid Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License is essential to be considered. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Strong administration skills and computer literacy – you will be organised and thorough with meticulous attention to detail
