Role Overview:As the Operations Manager, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the smooth functioning of our daily operations. Reporting directly to the General Manager and CEO, you will oversee frontline operations, manage administrative staff, and contribute to the growth and development of our organisation. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery.Manage and develop administrative staff, providing guidance and support as needed.Ensure compliance with NDIS regulations and quality frameworks.Conduct quarterly Internal audits and provide recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in delivering NDIS services.Collaborate with stakeholders to refine operational protocols and improve service delivery.Maximise the use of technology platforms to streamline operations and enhance client experiences. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, social science, or equivalent.Previous experience in community services, particularly in disability and aged care compliance.Strong understanding of NDIS regulations and quality frameworks.Experience in conducting NDIS internal audits will be essential.Development of policy and procedures to optimise service delivery and ensure compliance with NDIS standards.Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in standard office software and the willingness to adapt to new technologies.
