NDIS Operations Manager
SCMB is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as Operations Manager for Disability services. This is a full-time leadership role based in Caboolture, QLD offering a competitive salary.

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager who can play a vital role in managing our service delivery to NDIS participants. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of disability services, a passion for empowering individuals with disabilities, and the ability to lead a team in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance:
- Implement and monitor quality assurance programs.
- Identify areas for improvement and enhance service quality.
Team Management and Leadership:
- Provide strong leadership, fostering a positive team culture, and mentoring staff for exceptional service delivery.
- Lead and manage a team of Team Leaders, providing training and development to ensure high-quality care and compliance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and support.
- Manage the Rostering and On Call Departments, supervising these key roles.
- Foster a culture of respect, inclusion, and continuous improvement within the team.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with NDIS participants, their families, and government bodies.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
- Work closely with participants to develop and implement personalised support plans.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the budget for NDIS operations, ensuring financial sustainability and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue generation.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring the sustainability of services.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Stay updated and ensure compliance with NDIS guidelines, policies, and regulations.
- Oversee the operations of our disability services, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports to regulatory bodies.
Key Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence to engage with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to operate at a strategic and operational level.
- Ability to lead and manage the workforce through coaching and mentoring.
- Ensure all NDIS and regulatory compliance requirements are met.
- Demonstrated depth of experience in disability services, particularly in SIL.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Passion for the rights and empowerment of people with disabilities.
