- Drive & implement all processes & procedures in the business
- Manage the brand and associated supplier
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Develop and implement strategic plans and ensure overall success of the agency
- Monitor and improve financial performance of the business
We are looking for in you:
- Proven track record in managing a business or high performing team
- Ability to coach & mentor team – create confidence & trust in teams
- Proven experience in managing executive projects with proven success
- Sales Management including managing sales KPIs and ensuring staff meet weekly/monthly/quarterly targets
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills and a passion for driving business growth
- Previous financial experience including budget control, revenue flow and sales measurement
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to communicate at all levels
- Outstanding organisations skills with meticulous attention to detail
An understanding of the industry and property market would be highly regarded, however not essential.
