Property Network of Australia is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Operations Manager to join a leading property landlord as part of the wider centre management team at a major centre located in Brisbane
Overseeing a team of two operations staff and reporting to a highly experienced Centre Manager / General Operations Manager, this is an excellent career development opportunity for a highly organised and well-rounded facilities management professional to optimise the presentation and function of a super regional centre and continually improve its work practices, delivering excellent outcomes and assisting in the overall management of the centre.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead in-centre contractor engagements to consistently meet and exceed set KPI’s
- Foster collaborative relationships with contractors and other key stakeholders
- Adhere to budget targets and forecasting deadlines
- Ensure compliance and reporting timeframes are met
- Responsible for follow-up emergency management and investigations
- Undertake and champion safe work practices
- Monitor team performance and ensure training and development of direct reports
The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in the retail, property or an associated industry and a high level of accuracy in reporting and maintaining data, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills. They will be skilled in prioritisation and time management and have a high level of Microsoft Office competency, whilst also being able to take a hands-on approach to manual labour tasks as and when required.
