AddressEstablished in 2005 our client is a super friendly and highly ethical HNW boutique based in Hawthorn. Due to a recent retirement of a longstanding colleague our client is looking for a CSM to join their practice. Working in a team of 40 individuals your role will be a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and advice delivery to their clients.
The Role and Duties
- Be first point of contact for all advice enquiries
- Assist in the implementing strategies for clients
- Prepare and process client account paperwork
- Build relationships with with clients and provide exceptional service
- Liaise closely with product providers
- Prepare review packs
- Have a minimum of 1-2 years experience working in advice practice
- Experience using Xplan is highly desired
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent team player and positive attitude
- $80-85k + Super + Bonus
