- Lead, inspire and coach the extended team to ensure the continual growth of the business
- Undertake and lead WIP Reviews, Job Pack Reviews, Estimating and allocation of all time/job costs to our system
- Monthly KPI Budgets set for every member of the team to manage ROI
- Overall accountability for delivering exceptional customer outcomes
- Develop an integrated team of resources, both external and internal
- Sourcing, selection and proactive management of subcontractors
- Demonstrate the highest levels of Drive and Energy
- Actively solve problems and look for solutions
- Prepare and present at monthly Management meetings
- Be relentless in your commitment to Sales and Business Development
- Monitor project costs to ensure we are capturing all in a timely manner
- Ensure all company WHS policies are followed at all times
- Service-centric capabilities – a relentless approach to all stakeholders
- Provide direction and assistance in the development and implementation of strategies

- Experiences in Business Leadership and Management
- Trade Qualification or Bachelor/Diploma in Building & Construction preferred, but not mandatory
- Computer literate, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
- Valid Australian Driver’s License
- Extremely motivated and can think outside the box
- Be able to provide examples of demonstrating drive and energy
