We are currently seeking a motivated, confident and customer focused person who is organized and can carry out multiple tasks to join our dynamic team.
To be successful in this position you will need to demonstrate the following:
- Be able to demonstrate a track record of coordinating the day to day activities related to the transport and/or plant and equipment industry.
- Extensive knowledge of Plant and Equipment.
- The ability to quote works for new and existing customers.
- Sound personal communication and strong computer skills.
- Dealing with phone/email enquiries from customers and providing accurate information as required.
- Coordinating drivers in regard to deliveries and pickups to ensure they are carried out in an efficient and effective manner, relative to the customers requirements.
- Processing new hires, off hires and transfers of equipment along with manual paperwork accurately and timely.
- Maintain company procedures ensuring a high degree of accuracy and compliance is achieved with maintenance practices and supply of equipment.
- Data input of invoices and purchase orders.
- Daily allocation of staff.
As the Operations Manager, your primary focus in this role will be to build and cultivate a tight-knit, high-performing culture, forge enduring relationships with stakeholders, and infuse your expertise into the business operations. You will play a pivotal role in orchestrating seamless, well-coordinated administration across all aspects of the business, and closely collaborate with the Director to chart the course of the company's growth.
