About the role:Join the Park Lane team in Wonthaggi as our Operations Manager, and play a crucial role in ensuring our park guests and homeowners enjoy an exceptional experience. This full-time position reports directly to the Head of Operations and involves leading a dedicated team across various departments including Guest Experience, Grounds & Maintenance and Housekeeping.
Located in the picturesque region of Wonthaggi, you will be at the forefront of creating memorable stays for our guests, focusing on superior customer service, impeccable facility maintenance, and fostering a vibrant community atmosphere. Your leadership will ensure the park operates smoothly, maintaining our high standards and contributing significantly to our mission of creating places where people can enjoy, have fun, and create lifelong memories.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Satisfaction: Deliver exceptional customer service, manage guest and homeowner relations, and ensure all park facilities and activities meet Park Lane's high standards.
- Sales & Service: Collaborate with the Home Sales Team to optimise sales opportunities and ensure a high standard of customer service across all interactions.
- Accommodation & Facilities: Oversee the maintenance and presentation of accommodation and park facilities, ensuring they are clean, functional, and welcoming.
- Gardens & Ground Maintenance: Ensure the park and its gardens are maintained to the highest standard, promoting a healthy, aesthetically pleasing environment.
- Expense Management: Efficiently manage expenses related to repairs, maintenance, and staff rosters, ensuring alignment with budget constraints while balancing the operational needs of the business.
- Staff Management: Lead, motivate, and support your team, ensuring a cooperative and productive work environment that aligns with Park Lane's values and goals.
- Admin & Compliance: Oversee administrative duties and compliance with safety, health, and operational standards.
- Asset Management: Manage the maintenance and upkeep of park assets to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests and homeowners.

You are a driven, passionate leader with a strong background in operations management, ideally within the hospitality sector or similar industries. With exceptional multitasking, communication, and problem-solving abilities, you excel in a dynamic environment and are dedicated to delivering superior service and experiences. Your leadership style is inclusive and supportive, encouraging team engagement and maximising customer satisfaction.
