We directly employ a team of over 400 staff and our company is going through a period of rapid expansion and is looking to expand its team. This expansion has led us to grow our portfolio of services to include Grounds Maintenance, landscaping design and installations and pest control we move to provide a more complete offering to customers.
The Role:
We are currently seeking an Operations Controller, to co-ordinate work across our National operations.
Working within our National Contact Centre, you would be responsible for managing the rostering of both consistent and adhoc work, and coordinating changes to that plan on a minute by minute basis throughout the day. It is critical that you can competently use our digital systems to control thousands of planned and unplanned events each week.
Key accountabilities are:
- Scheduling of work across Australia.
- Bookings management and customer service outcomes for clients.
- Coordinating new location set up and new workerinductions.
- Quality Control of our activities.
- Logistics support to our field team.
- Optimising the movements of our vehicle fleet.
- Managing local site compliance systems.
- Developing personal relationships with our cleaning teams, especially key personnel across the country.

This is a full-time salaried role, with working hours (to be fully determined) that will see the candidate working a predictable mix of normal business hours some weeks, and evenings some weeks. This reflects the nature of our business's operations.
To be considered for the position you will ideally have;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, sound English verbal and written communications.
- A proven background/skills in planning/scheduling and staff management.
- Genuine competency in the use of computer systems & dealing with data.
- Strong client services skills including the confidence to address and fix customer complaints.
- Ability to work unsupervised at times.
- Good knowledge of and a commitment to safe working practices.
