Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the company. 
• Schedule workload and allocate jobs efficiently. 
• Maintain and nurture customer relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and satisfaction.
• Focus on data accuracy and quality control, ensuring all submissions meet high standards.
• Collaborate with teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Provide strategic guidance to achieve company objectives and targets.

Requirements:

• Strong organisational skills.
• Ability to start early, 7am at Arundel.
• Strong computer skills essential.
• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly concerning data accuracy.
• Ability to maintain and foster client relationships.
• Preferred experience in utility infrastructure, engineering, surveyor, or relevant industry experience is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
