 The operations area of the branch is a fast paced environment, reporting to the Operations Manager this is a fantastic opportunity to work in a large organisation that will support you to achieve a long-term career.   As an operational support to the Operations Manager, some of what you will be doing: Scheduling of all employees/vehicles for local, interstate, & international removals Careful daily planning/resourcing of crew onto booked removals/jobs Liaising with clients regarding uplift and delivery times Mentoring of crew Briefing/Debriefing of crew Induction/onboarding management Monthly operational reporting requirements Contractor invoicing management Fleet maintenance/management Onsite OHS requirements About you: You will ideally have…
