Position: Operations Supervisor - Afternoon Shift
Location: Marland Mushrooms Farm, Stapylton Qld

About the Role:
You will offer assistance to the Operations Manager and will drive performance, accuracy, quality and teamwork across multiple functions.
This position requires Thursday - Monday availability, with a 2pm start.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with our Operations Manager to ensure that daily KPIs and targets are met or exceeded.
- Provide adequate cover in the absence of the Operations Manager
- Work across various departments to ensure the smooth flow of communications, information sharing, and tight deadlines are met.
- Understanding of scheduling and production planning
- Maintain high levels of customer service.
- Uncover and resolve issues quickly to minimise disruption to operations.
- Understanding of staff rostering (desirable)
- Ensuring Good Manufacturing Practice is observed at all times.
- Meticulous record keeping
- An understanding of HACCP (desirable)
- Ability to achieve outcomes on time and maintain effective systems to support process flow.
- Customer communications and relationship management
- Working Knowledge of WH & S
About You:
- A determination to get things done.
- A willingness to jump in when required and assist other team members.
- High attention to detail
- Microsoft suite literacy and understanding of third-party software.
- A high level of autonomy
- Be reliable and accountable.
- Communication agility to ensure that our diverse workforce understands and follows directions.
- Leadership qualities
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
- 2 years people management experience
- Honesty and integrity
- Interest in food compliance and maintaining high standards in all aspects of the role.

Requirements:
- You will require your own transport as we are not located near public transport.
- Ability to work the roster Thurs- Mon with a 2pm start.
- Current forklift licence (preferred)
