We have a high-performance culture that embraces diversity and rewards quality work.To meet our growing demands, we are looking for an Operations Supervisor (Wellfield) to join our team.The Role: Reporting to the Field Superintendent, the purpose of this role is to lead a multi-disciplined team of wellfield operators to ensure safe performance of on-site operational activities across Arrow Energy’s wellfield assets.In addition, you will:
Demonstrate a personal commitment to consistently role model Arrow’s values, code of conduct, safety, and the environment.
Establish positive and productive working relationships with key stakeholders.

Ensure wellfield operators have the required resources, tools, and equipment to perform their duties safely and efficiently.
Drive compliance with the use of Arrow Energy Operations Management systems and processes.
Supervision of the team responsible for the safe on-site operations of gas compression, water treatment and power generation assets with the aim to maximise availability and production.
Support the Field Superintendent in the performance of business management activities including budgeting, staff and contractor management and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
About YouYou will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to contribute to a high performing-team with a second-to-none focus on safety and integrity. To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:
Previous operations experience working in heavy industry, ideally within oil and gas.
Relevant trade qualifications in either an electrical or mechanical field.
Certificate IV in Process Plant Operations
Gas Test Atmosphere MSMWHS217 or equivalent
Diploma in Process Plant Operations
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of safety management systems and processes including permit to work.
