Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of merchandise stock control and small storage room.
- Processing, packing, and shipping of online orders.
- Customer service & liaison for online orders.
- Maintenance schedules, including fleet vehicles.
- Recruitment and management of volunteers.
- Scheduling, planning, and staffing deployment for planned & community events.
- Preparation of overall event plan & risk assessment for external events.
- Engagement with external retail partners.
- Assisting Regional Branches regarding events and merchandise.
- Other duties as specified.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in stock & warehouse control.
- Current driver’s license.
- Some experience with online order systems (Woocommerce, Australia Post online dispatch, or similar).
- Solid MS Office skills – email and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, including people management (volunteers).
- Physical fitness for mild to heavy lifting.
