Due to anticipated growth on one of our leading portfolios, we are seeking expressions of interest from people interested in a rare, fixed term Operations Support opportunity. Working closely with the Area Manager and Operations Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for the following:
The Position
- Weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and presentations
- Meeting minutes & actions (internal & client based)
- KPI monitoring and reporting
- Field leadership monitoring and reporting
- People management: on-boarding, scheduling, travel, payroll, HR queries etc
The Person
- Team player with the ability to multi-task in busy environments
- Ability to work across environments with changing priorities
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and high level of computer literacy
- High level report writing skills
- Experience in site-based operations environments is highly advantageous
