JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Site Manager, the Operations Team Leader will be someone with extensive experience in leadership and aquaculture. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated farmers, ensuring efficiency, productivity and adherence to company standards. This position requires proven leaderships skills, excellent communication abilities and a real safety focus.
Additionally, the successful candidate will hold a Coxswain ticket and have on the water experience.
This is a full-time position, working a 7/7 roster.
What does your week look like?
Leading and supervising a team of operations staff, including coaching and training.
Developing and implementing strategies to optimise operation efficiency and productivity.
Fostering a culture of collaboration, teamwork and continuous improvement within the team and site.
Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
Assisting with bathing operations and harvest support.
