Operator Backhoe

About the Role:
As a Civil Construction Backhoe Operator, you will be responsible for operating backhoes and other road construction equipment. Your role will involve adhering to safety protocols, performing routine maintenance on equipment, and collaborating with team members to ensure project success.
Qualifications Required:
- Current QLD General Construction Safety White Card
- Current QLD Manual Car 'C' Class Open Driver's License
- Current QLD Heavy Rigid Truck ‘HR’ Class Licence or willingness to obtain within 12 months
- Current Traffic Control Tickets (TCT/TMI)
- Current certificate of competency to operate road construction plant, in particular, a backhoe.
Candidates who hold a Certificate III in Civil Construction will be highly regarded.

Salary & Benefits Package:
- Base salary $59,319 = $1,140 p/w + allowances as applicable
- Up to 18% weekly superannuation contribution (conditions apply)
- Choice of 4 or 5 weeks annual leave with 17.5% leave loading
- 9 day fortnight roster
