Plant Operator Backhoe and Excavator
Are you a skilled Backhoe and ExcavatorPlant Operator seeking a rewarding opportunity? Mackay Regional Council is actively seeking individuals experienced in operating backhoes and Excavators to become key members of our Capital Works Field Services Team. Based at the Paget Depot, your role will focus on crucial maintenance and construction tasks related to roads and drainage assets within our Capital Works projects.
Your proficiency in operating backhoes and Excavators is central to this role's success. Essential Qualifications
- "Current General Construction Safety "White" Card.
- "Current QLD Heavy Rigid Truck ‘HR’ Class Licence.
- "QLD “C” Class Drivers Licence or interstate equivalent.
- "Current Certificate of Competency to operate a Backhoe and Excavator.
- "Current Certificate of Competency to operate road construction plant and/or equipment e.g. skid steer loader, roller, and loader.
Applicants who also hold Cert III in Civil Construction, HC Truck Licence and Traffic Control Tickets will be highly regarded.
