Accenture’s Oracle professionals design, implement and deploy Oracle solutions to achieve defined business goals. Identify key requirements variances which need to be addressed. Update processes to address requirements and provide inputs into designs. Work with offshore teams on the design and development of solution in Oracle on premises and cloud ERP space.

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Oracle Fusion applications, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, and enhancing business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy Oracle Fusion applications to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure seamless integration of Oracle Fusion applications with existing enterprise systems, including ERP, CRM, and other third-party applications.
• Create custom extensions, reports, and interfaces using Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies to support business needs.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems related to Oracle Fusion applications.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solutions.
• Optimize the performance of Oracle Fusion applications by tuning and configuring the environment to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Manage data migration processes, ensuring data integrity and accuracy during the transition to Oracle Fusion applications.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation and provide training to end-users and IT staff on Oracle Fusion functionalities and best practices.
• Continuously update knowledge on Oracle Fusion technologies and trends to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
• Ensure that all Oracle Fusion applications comply with organizational security policies and industry standards, implementing necessary security measures.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Oracle Fusion Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle SOA Suite, and Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Java.
• Experience with web services, REST, SOAP, and XML.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
• Certifications in Oracle Fusion or related technologies are a plus.
