This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. The Orders Administrator is responsible for overseeing the order fulfillment process from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.This role will report to the Orders Management Team Lead.As the Order Administrator, you will:
- Raise sales orders from sales quotes and placing purchase orders onto the EXN Vendors with a right first-time philosophy and in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all licenses, support, professional services and training SKUs are receipted in and fulfilled out within required timeframes and all relevant documentation is forwarded to the necessary parties.
- Resolve any order queries/ issues ensuring minimal delay and impact on our clients.
- Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding order inquiries, status updates, and resolution of any issues or discrepancies. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
- Monitor the status of orders throughout the fulfillment process. Communicate updates to relevant parties, including customers and internal stakeholders, as needed.
- Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time
- Previous experience in order management, customer service, or related roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, Word).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the e-commerce or retail industry may be advantageous.
- Proficiency in using order management software (NetSuite) Is desirable.
