Job DescriptionKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Coordinate FOB shipments in collaborating with Key Account Managers and relevant key stakeholders in HK and USA
- Working closely with Key Account Manager on all relevant activities to their accounts providing support for reporting and analysis on various points of data, order processing and key ranging activities
- Verifying EDI transmissions against SPS Commerce EDI platform for data accuracy
- Provide a high level of customer service, responding to any enquiries and prompt investigation of any sales order issues
- Liaising day-to-day with Retail Partners in relation to SOH and Replenishment Timeframes and order processing
- As part of the Supply Chain team; liaise with Transport providers, 3PL Warehouse and support the team in any additional required tasks
The Successful ApplicantKEY REQUIREMENTS:- Order processing and reporting experience with 3+ years using Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Experience in liaising directly with major retailers in Australia ie. Target, Kmart, Big W
- Advanced experience with EDI systems
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and high-level proficiency in the wider Microsoft Office suite.
- FMCG, Toys or other similar industry experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey information to key stakeholders.
- Ability to identify solutions to customer issues relating to availability of stock and deliveries.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, to create a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- High degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Efficiently multi-tasker, ability to prioritize workload and work autonomously.
