- Answer inbound customer phone calls
- Answer inbound email enquiries
- Assist customers with product ordering and order queries
- Complete order data entry and administration tasks regularly
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions
- Assist retail clients with stock ordering and stock level queries
- Working toward KPIs
- A dedication to providing impeccable customer service
- Experience using SAP
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High levels of dedication and commitment
- Computer literacy
- Available to work between 8am-6pm Monday to Friday
