Troocoo Government are aiding a large State Government client in the recruitment of an experience Organisational Change Manager. This is a full-time contract initially until the 04/10/2024, based in Brisbane's CBD. This position sits at $93.18 per hour + 11% super.
The Role
As the Organisational Change Manager you will develop and coordinate a variety of internal materials and collateral and organise engagement activities, to achieve identified outcomes and strategic objectives. In this role you will work with key areas and stakeholders using your skills in writing, researching, content development, facilitation, administration, and implementation across a variety of communication channels to support, promote and elevate the work of the eDRMS Project.

Key responsibilities
- The Organisational Change Manager will be required to contribute to and implement the OCM plan and strategy for the eDRMS Project.
- Work closely with the project manager to drive successful adoption of new system processes and changes.
- Develop, design and deliver highly engaging, inclusive, and accessible training and awareness activities utilising adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to achieve the project’s business objectives.
- Foster close working relationships with key business stakeholders within the department; from subject matter experts, project teams and stakeholders to understand people impacts, provide advice and recommendations, and implement targeted projects and activities.
- Engage and co-ordinate with a network of change champions and power users who will support the implementation of the project change and communications activities.
- Undertake post implementation activities to embed a records management culture.
- Support benefit owners develop plans to achieve the targets identified in the Benefits Management Plan.
To be successful within this role you would:
- Demonstrate effectiveness in the delivery of change management activities and outcomes.
- Demonstrate ability to support the Project Manager to implement communication and change strategies.
- Have experience as part of a project team under the direction of the Project Manager and in conjunction with other discipline leads.
- Have at least five years’ demonstrated application of change management strategies in complex organisational settings.
- Demonstrate ability to plan and undertake training needs analysis, training plans and delivery and to manage related registers and plans.
- Work well in an ambiguous, rapidly changing environment.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrate high-level time management and organisational skills, as well as advanced written, oral communication and interpersonal skills.
