Duties- Support project and program managers undertaking strategic initiatives across the Department in the development and implementation of change management processes including, where necessary, taking the lead on the development and delivery of key change activities.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the Change Management Framework for the Department of Justice.
- Contribute to the development of underpinning Change Management plans for the Department and within specific strategic initiatives teams to influence and achieve the desired outcome.
- Contribute to the identification of stakeholders and business impacts, develop and implement appropriate plans and supporting tools.
- Participate in consultation and engagement processes with key stakeholders to identify and mitigate critical business impacts.
- Provide advice and coaching to project teams in understanding, influencing, imbedding and sustaining transformational change.
- Support, and where relevant, directly participate in key communication activity for projects/programs.
- Ensure Change Management Plan interdependencies, such as stakeholder engagement; current/future state impacts; change readiness assessments; and change sustainability is understood at an organisational level and managed accordingly.
- Provide input to, document requirements for and support the design and delivery of training programs for strategic initiatives.
- Work with stakeholders to implement and reinforce sustainable business changes.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in managing complex change
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. business, HR, marketing)
