Are you an experienced Organizational Change Management professional looking for an exciting opportunity to lead transformative initiatives in a global mining and metals company? As the OCM Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving change strategies, fostering a culture of adaptability, and ensuring the successful implementation of organizational changes across our diverse and innovative business.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated Minimum 7+ years' experience as an OCM on projects or programs.
- With experience in global change impacts / global audiences
- Prosci certification well regarded.
- Experience delivering and integrating change on projects or programs using SaFE / agile delivery methodology.
- Experience in delivering complex change projects with organisation wide impact, across multiple industries and different styles of change (e.g., technology, process re-design, restructuring etc).
- Excellent planning and organising skills in managing and executing multiple concurrent workstreams of change with ability to set priorities and meet deadlines to ensure timely delivery of business outcomes.
