Working within the Change and Engagement Group you will lead the implementation and operationalisation of sustainable change management processes to drive the adoption of changes being introduced across the organisation. This may relate to a specific project or more broadly to changes across the organisation.
Working within the Change and Engagement Group you will lead the implementation and operationalisation of sustainable change management processes to drive the adoption of changes being introduced across the organisation. This may relate to a specific project or more broadly to changes across the organisation.
The core capability requirements for this role are:
• Develop and execute a scalable structured change management methodology to change management practices across the organisation.
• Deliver, lead and manage engagement and communication activities applying established Project or Change Management methodology.
• Identify and evaluate risk and manage through appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Prepare, lead and deliver a range of communications including workshops and meetings to internal and external stakeholders, project team members and governance bodies.
• Manage readiness and transition activities for internal stakeholders, utilising appropriate status reporting and tracking.
• Build and maintain positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders providing professional leadership, guidance and support.
Role Requirements
Qualification : While not mandatory, a relevant qualification in Change Management would be well regarded. A Project Management qualification and/or experience would also assist with this role.
