Performance Manager is a newly created role, pivotal in identifying areas for improvement. Through leveraging established OD frameworks, processes and tools that support culture, leadership and capability programs that help our people embrace change and adopt new ways of working.The role, will oversee a portfolio of specialist OD teams with a broad scope of work and support our leaders with innovative, practical solutions and advice on OD matters, priorities and direction. In particular the role will be integral to influencing outcomes in employee engagement, development, performance and strategic workforce planning.
About you:You are an experienced OD leader who brings a blend of critical thinking and complex problem-solving ability. Degree qualified in Human Resources or related discipline, you have significant experience in designing and deploying enterprise-wide OD programs in large, complex organisations to shape and improve OD services and deliver measurable business outcomes.You will have extensive knowledge of key focus areas including remuneration and benefits, succession, performance and job architecture. Your collaborative approach and ability to develop and build strong relationships will be key to the success of this role.Your passion for developing people and harnessing potential and ideas really stands out from the crowd; your career to date will demonstrate substantial success in building capability, continuous improvement and shaping the workplace culture and lift organisational performance.You will enjoy working with a team of bold, innovative thinkers where your growth mindset and ability to embrace ambiguity and change will help you turn our vision for the future into reality.Real benefits that matter.
