The Learning and Organisation Development Consultant (Projects) assists the Learning & Organisational Development Manager coordinate learning and Organisational Development project activities. The L&OD Cons (Projects) is also responsible for the management of traineeship programs and supports the L&OD team with L&OD administration.

PLANNING AND COORDINATION OF L&OD ACTIVITIES
- Actively support the planning and coordination of L&OD activities
WORKPLACE RELATIONSHIPS
- Build trust and develop positive relationships
- Positively contribute to the development and promotion of a vibrant and collaborative learning culture at Yooralla
- Work collaboratively across the L&OD Team and wider People and Culture Team
- Act as a trusted L&OD subject matter expert to provide expertise
Mandatory Requirements
- Current National Police Record Check
- International Police Check (if required)
- Current driver's licence to drive in Australia
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g., Human Resources, Learning and Development, Psychology etc)
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Microsoft Office Suite- Outlook, Word, Excel (Intermediate level)
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment (or progress towards)
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g., Human Resources, Learning and Development, Psychology).
- Demonstrated competency in designing and developing surveys using surveying tools (i.e. Survey Monkey).
- Experience in management of Learning Management Systems.
- Demonstrated competency in using computers and Windows-based software
- Strong experience and capacity to manage multiple projects/activities effectively.
