About UsCourt Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.Collectively, Victoria's Supreme, County, Magistrates', Children's, and Coroners courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria, the Judicial Commission of Victoria, and Court Services Victoria (CSV) are referred to as the ‘Courts Group'.Our people enable the Courts Group to deliver on each jurisdictions own strategic priorities while also pursuing strategic opportunities that are interconnected and deliver benefits more broadly.We are growing our People Services team and have exciting opportunities across the HR value chain from people and culture grads to senior business partners.About the RoleJoin our dynamic team as an Organisational Development (OD) Specialist, leading the effective management and optimisation of our Performance and Learning Management System.Your key responsibilities include overseeing system maintenance and administration, compiling and analysing data, managing compliance training, and creating valuable resources for induction and reference materials.Additionally, you will coordinate learning requirements in line with legislation and manage corporate memberships and subscriptions, providing usage reports and guidance on available resources.If you have a knack for systems thinking, critical problem-solving, and project delivery, this role offers an exciting opportunity to drive our organisation's ongoing improvement efforts through the strategic implementation of Organisational Development initiatives.About You
  • You have hands-on experience in managing learning management systems, with a preference for previous system implementation experience.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel functions, with the ability to simplify complex data and reports.
  • Experienced in managing projects within a complex public policy context.
