The Leadership and Talent team is responsible for enterprise-wide frameworks, solutions and systems. Our contribution includes thought leadership, design, and advisory, as well as execution.
We have an exciting opportunity for an Organisational Development Manager. The successful candidate will play a key role in multiple critical priorities.
Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008 Role Type: 12-month Fixed Term Contract, Full-time
What will your day look like
Depending on the successful candidate, this role is accountable for a mix (but not all) of the following:
- Executive leadership development design, delivery and/or facilitation.
- Partnering with T&C Business Partners and senior leaders to support decisions about best solutions for different needs (e.g. executive coaching, leadership insight assessments, critical role transitions).
- Facilitating understanding and embedding of ANZ’s enterprise approach to talent management, coupled with leveraging the SuccessFactors platform to support succession and talent management practices.
- Shaping processes and interventions that increase bench strength and readiness for critical roles today, and in the future.
- Managing critical talent pools, and using data and insights to inform investment and prioritisation decisions.
- Developing and managing a leadership and talent dashboard to measure progress against key metrics.
- Identifying opportunities to partner with the Diversity & Inclusion and Executive Recruitment teams to deliver joint objectives.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Proven Organisational Development experience, preferably in talent management and/or leadership development, or similar programs of work.
- Demonstrated experience designing and executing initiatives across multiple divisions, including senior stakeholder management.
- Strong consulting and project management skills focused on the end-to-end understanding of the problems to solve, sourcing data and insight to support a business case, planning and prioritisation of work, and business partnering to deliver outcomes.
- Proven capability to think conceptually and creatively about problems.
- Comfort working with ambiguity and complexity in an autonomous way, appropriate for the role level.
- Data savviness, and an appetite and self-drive to accelerate knowledge and skill in this space.
- This role interacts with, and has shared responsibility for, the talent and succession module in SuccessFactors, so experience using and/or maintaining enterprise systems is beneficial.
The ‘good to have’ knowledge, skill and experience (KSE) the role requires are:
- Familiarity with Human-Centred Design
- Executive coaching skills
- Agile ways of working experience
