We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Organisational Development Officer ready to assist our OD Team with our day-to-day activities.
About the position
Reporting to the Coordinator of Organisational Development within the People & Culture Service Area, this is a pivotal support role for the delivery of Strategic initiatives across the organisation while also focussing on providing valuable assistance with the delivery of our Traineeships and the ongoing upskilling of our existing workers across the organisation.
Role responsibilities include maintaining OD information on our intranet, providing logistical training support to all workers via our Learning Management System and assisting with the smooth administration of external portals (WAMS) to support our Traineeship and Existing Worker Upskilling programs.
About you
To be successful in this role you will need to be an altruistic team member who can demonstrate administrative expertise operating various HR Systems. Your unwavering ability to multi-task across shifting priorities and your outstanding Communication and Customer Service skills will be complimented by a strong work ethic and an eye for detail.
You will someone who is passionate about building a robust Employee Value Proposition through our Employee Engagement and Reward and Recognition Programs.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative Organisational Development/Training role OR
- Eclectic administrative skills and experience working across multiple projects at one time in a large organisation.
Knowledge, Skills & Attributes
- Demonstrated understanding of HR Systems and cross-functional team engagement
- Demonstrated capability in developing and maintaining successful business relationships with a diverse range of external and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills, organisational skills and professional discretion.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Well-developed Computer literacy and social media skills.
- Advanced time management and multi-tasking skills.
