Our client is currently recruiting for a newly created Payroll Supervisor role. You will report to the Payroll Manager and supervise a team of 4 payroll officers. Join a well established and hard-working team and develop your skills as a people leader.
Your new role
- Managing a payroll team of 4 and ensuring processes are run effectively and efficiently.
- End to end payroll processing and reconciliation of superannuation, workers' compensation, PAYG and payroll tax
- Work with finance, HR and other internal stakeholders to improve processes and procedures within the team
- Responsible for training and upskilling the payroll team.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will need to be in a supervisory or senior payroll position. You will have the ability and competencies to lead a successful payroll team. Experience with SAP is essential. You will have excellent communication skills in order to deal with various stakeholders. You will have excellent motivational and organisational skills.
