Job description
As an OSHC Assistant Manager you will support a dynamic team of Educators to deliver tailored and inclusive learning programs that cater to the diversity of the children in our care by fostering their interests and building on their strengths.
Availability to work mix of split and block shifts on a permanent part time basis 30 hours per week during the school term and straight shifts during vacation care, should have good computer skills. Experience and qualifications would be highly considered. There will be Onsight training and trials. Knowledge in Educational leader role as required.
About you
We’d love to hear from you if you:
Have a Certificate III or Diploma in childhood education
Have previous leadership experience
Have experience managing compliance and administrative requirements
Are a team player with a creative and energetic approach
Have valid compliance certificates (e.g. WWCC, Child Protection, First Aid etc.)
