We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Centre Director. The Centre Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of center operations, managing a team of experienced leaders, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional services to children and families.

- up to $45 per hour + super - Annual Salary of $100,000
- Full-time position (38 hour week)
- You must be able to work OSHC hours
- Before school care hours 7am - 9am
- After school hours 2pm - 6pm
- Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care
- 2+ years of Director experience in OSHC or Early Years Education
- Knowledge of the National Quality Framework, including National Law & Regulations, National Quality Standard and the Early Years Learning Framework
- A passion for developing, planning and implementing an innovative educational program with a commitment to inclusive early childhood practice and social justice
- A comprehensive understanding of child safety and the National Child Safe Principles
