Position: Co-Ordinator (OSHC)
Status: Full time fixed term (12 months)
Salary range: $81,514.83 - $83,751.18 (base salary inclusive of above award allowance) + super and regional locality allowance ($500 per week)
Qualifications: Diploma Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)

About the service
Pannawonica is conveniently located approximately a 2-hour drive away from the City of Karratha. This iron-ore mining town is near the Robe river and has an estimated resident population of approximately 740 people. Immerse yourself in a distinctive family-oriented setting where you can enhance your abilities and create enduring memories.
We are building on our established early learning centre and opening a much needed OSHC for our families at the local primary school.
This position and you
As the OSHC coordinator, you will lead, mentor and support a small team of educators to deliver amazing programs that guide children to learn, explore and play.
Your role will help guide the service towards meeting and exceeding the National Quality Standards. Safety of children is incredibly important to us, so this role will make sure the service manages risks and WHS effectively and keeps One Tree’s duty of care to children and the forefront of practice.

Please note that there may be times when staff may be asked to cover at the long day care service.
You will be required to be the responsible person at the service.

If you;
- Are living and eligible to work in Australia and willing to relocate to Pannawonica or negotiate a FIFO role;
- Hold a diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent ACECQA approved qualification;
- Have a current WA Working With Children Check or are able to obtain;
- Have a clear National Police Clearance dated within 3 months;
- Hold a First Aid Certificate;
- Have at least 2 years’ experience as an OSHC Co-ordinator
