Whether you're experienced in the Education or childcare sector, have done some babysitting, this is the first time you're thinking about working with children, or anything in between, THIS is the role for you!

Googong OSHClub is looking for a passionate Coordinator to provide engaging services for children in our before and after school care capacity. This is a permanent fulltime opportunity, assisting in leading a team of Educators at a large sized (150 licence capacity) service located south of the Queanbeyan Central Business District NSW. This is a fantastic leadership opportunity for those looking for a step up in their career, actively assisting with broad service management and contributing to quality programming.

Hours are as follows: Monday - Friday, 07:00 - 09:00AM (Rise then Shine Program) and 3:00 - 6:00PM (Stay and Play Program) + additional admin hours totalling 38 hours per week!. You can pick up extra hours during the school holidays too!

About the role

Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.

Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into!

  • Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents
  • Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration

  • Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it!) and a state check for working with children
