Whether you're experienced in Education or the childcare sector, have done some babysitting, this is the first time you're thinking about working with children, or anything in between, THIS is the role for you! Join our team on a casual basis and work at our service located in Rockingham Area.
About the role
As an Educator, you will join the children in a variety of activities to encourage their curiosity and develop their well-being! You will work the either before school or after school supports for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.
- Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft whatever you and the children are into!
- Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents

Who are we looking for?
We can teach you about the job and sector, but a few basics you need to have:
- Enjoy working with kids
- Strong and clear communication
- Availability Monday - Friday (at least 3-4 shifts per week as a casual)
- Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it!) and a state check for working with children
- Australian work rights
- Desirable: Hold a Cert III (CHC30121) or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care , Cert III (CHC30221) or IV Education Support, Cert III (10983NAT) or IV Outside School Hours Care or Degree or diploma in education, recreation, sport science, leisure studies, social and behavioural science or nursing.
