This permanent part-time (31.5 hours) qualified OSHC Coordinator role gives you the middle of your days, nights, and weekends free! Working 7:00am - 9:00am and 2:30pm - 6:00pm Monday to Friday, you'll also have an additional paid 4 admin hours each week.
About the role
Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.
- Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into!
- Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents
- Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management
- Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration

- Enjoy working with kids
- Strong and clear communication
- Team player with a desire to become a service leader
- Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it!) and a state check for working with children
- Qualified to work in OSHC under ACECQA regulations (check the ACECQA website for more info)
