About the Opportunity
We are excited to offer a unique full-time opportunity for aspiring leaders to expand their horizons in the Ipswich Region. As a Relief Coordinator, you will have the chance to develop your leadership skills while working across a variety of service sizes and locations.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate closely with experienced service leaders to learn the CEEC way
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality, inclusive, and educational programs
- Support OSHC Services throughout Ipswich
- Mentor and empower teams in local services under the guidance of our Portfolio Manager
- Create a safe, secure, welcoming, and nurturing environment for children
- Promote the service within the local community in alignment with Catholic Early EdCare's Vision, Mission, and Values
About You
- A Qualified Educator with a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
- Previous experience in a leadership, coordinator or assistant coordinator role within an OSHC setting
- Has a passion for creating engaging programs
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of educators
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building positive relationships with children, families, and stakeholders.
- Sound knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in OSHC
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis certifications
