About the role:
YOURCARE, a reputable disability and nursing company, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources and Scheduling Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is a combination between human recourses, employee management and coordinating the rosters. You will collaborate with the management team to supervise a workforce of 60 employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the rosters of our Disability & Nursing programs
- Conduct employee inductions and maintain positive employee relationships
- Perform performance management tasks as required
- Oversee compliance, training, and employee record processes
- Update employee procedures and policies
- Coordinate logistics for new hire orientations
- Support employee wellbeing initiatives
- Perform general HR activities and administration tasks
- Continuously learn the latest HR best practices to enhance workplace efficiency
Experience Required:
- Experience in the disability & NDIS sector is preferred
- Experience managing rosters
- Experience with performance management
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in Human Resources
Desired Qualities:
- Experience with ShiftCare scheduling software
- Knowledge of the SCHADS Award
- Experience with scheduling is preferred
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in technology and ability to adapt to new platforms
- Collaborative and consultative approach to work
- Ability to manage a varied workload and support peers
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, and self-assured personality
- Willingness to assist and support colleagues as needed
