About the Role
GEM Energy has an opportunity for an enthusiastic Project Coordinator to join the team. This role has become available due to recent growth and development in the project, engineering and asset management facets of the business.
This role is seen as a key pathway for personal development and growth for the right individual, working closely with Senior Project and Asset Managers daily. The role requires a keen eye for detail and a hunger to achieve results, as well as the ability to actively work across asset portfolios and project management arenas. This role will provide career progression opportunities into a Project Manager role, subject to performance.
This is a dynamic role, and the successful applicant will be able to manage multiple priorities with a strong commitment to time management and analytical thought process, whilst displaying a high proficiency in communication skills.
As a successful candidate, you will:
- Provide logistical deliverables across multiple business platforms.
- Work collaboratively across business requirements, actively engaging internal and external stakeholders to achieve results.
- Perform analysis in budgeting and forecasting processes, and provide recommendations against exceptions.
- Contribute and perform analysis in project, asset, vendor, and equipment scope processes.
- Maintain accurate upkeep of data systems, including business financial, project, and asset management platforms.
- Assist and provide support in health and safety documentation.
- Maintain and actively improve document control across business requirements.
- Be willing to travel periodically for project management requirements.
- Be experienced in Microsoft 365
- Have experience in project management (desirable, but not essential).
