Address Our client is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator with their Finance Manager who can help optimise the Groups FInance reporting systems and processes. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful completion of projects and business process enhancements within the finance team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage project activities, create artifacts, and track timelines to ensure deliverables are met on time.
Identify and pursue opportunities for process enhancements within Group Finance.
Facilitate training sessions, update process documentation, and oversee user acceptance testing.
Coordinate and prioritize projects and business process improvements to maintain a robust development pipeline.
Assist in the development and updating of roadmaps and strategic documents.
Support the coordination of remediation efforts and related activities.
Assist with projects related to the adoption of new Accounting or Regulatory Standards.
Contribute to a results-driven team environment.
Provide administrative assistance to the Finance Manager - Business Improvement.
Experience and Skills:
Demonstrated experience as a Project Coordinator and someone who understand payments and transforming payments and risk mediations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent skills in planning, organizing, and coordinating resources to meet project objectives.
Experience in managing change and driving user adoption.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address system-related issues.
Proactive, self-driven, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn about Australian accounting standards and regulatory frameworks..
Familiarity with finance systems and reporting tools is a advantage
Experience in the financial services industry is desirable.
