About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Consultant who is customer focused to help us grow our brand This role will be a key part in shaping our future business by maintaining and expanding our client base!
Reporting into the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring, building, and retaining a portfolio of client accounts. You will increase client engagement and utilisation by effective education on our products and utilising solutions-oriented sales skills.
In this role, you will guide our clients by recommending products and services that best suit their needs. Your attention to detail and communication will contribute to the retention and acquisition of business.
In this role you will:
• Proactively engage in Outbound Sales activities to current and new clients regarding Converge product offerings.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and ongoing engagement.
• Quickly identify opportunities and recommendations tailored to the client’s needs.
• Maintaining data to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Work closely with the internal sales and support teams to ensure effective client growth that contributes to collective sales objectives.
• Work collaboratively with others across all areas of the business, ensuring a high level of customer service.
To be successful in this role you will have/be:
• Previous customer service and sales experience, preferably in an outbound contact centre environment
• Motivated to meet sales and retention targets with a proven track record of meeting KPI’s
• Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing, ensuring clarity in every interaction
• Skilled at establishing positive relationships quickly and a solutions-focused approach
• Proficient with CRM systems and strong Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience in allied health or a strong passion for mental health would be highly regarded
